Who Says Republicans Can’t Cook?

Someone said timing is everything. They also said Republicans don’t cook! While the first statement is absolutely true, the second one is not. Sandra Snyder, past Chairman of the Republicans Abroad Panama and author of numerous books on Living in Panama has just published her first cookbook in the series: Sandra Snyder Cooks.
A Collection of Cookies is just that. Sandra has been following the family tradition all her life of baking a variety of cookies for gifts at Christmas. When she lived in her home state of Virginia the gifts went mostly to family and a few close friends. Over the years as she moved around for University and work, the cookies became the gift to friends. The tradition continued no matter where she and her husband were whether on their boat in some remote anchorage or big cities like Panama.
Many of the recipients of these delights have over the years asked for the receipts and now here they are in one collection. They are spiral bound for easy use in the kitchen and with a laminated cover for long life, these easy to follow receipts are ready for your kitchen test.
